The suggested servings are for 3 people, but feel free to adjust according to your needs. You’ll need these ingredients: 3 eggs, 450 ml of milk, 120 ml of cream, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, 300 grams of spaghetti, chili pepper, hard cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs, and 1 lemon.
Take out the garlic core and boil it in 40 ml of milk. Drain it and season it with salt. Boil 250 ml of milk. In a bowl, pour 3 egg yolks and mix in a couple of spoons of the boiled milk, then whisk everything together.
Add the egg yolks to the saucepan with the milk and leave the heat on until it reaches 181°F (83°C). Then, let it cool. Blend the garlic and mix it into a bowl where you’ve already whipped the cream.
Blend the bread, then toast it with olive oil, chopped parsley, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Remove it from the heat and drizzle more olive oil, black pepper, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
As the spaghetti cook, sauté the garlic and chili in a pan. After draining the spaghetti, mix it with some cooking water, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and a sprinkle of grated hard cheese.
